Better gear starts with better materials.

We build with recycled fabrics, responsible components and no harmful coatings — gear that's made to last and made to perform. The point isn't recycled content for its own sake: it's proof that great outdoor gear can be sustainable and built for years of adventures.

What are your products made from?

Recycled fabrics, almost entirely — post-consumer plastic given a second life as soft fleece and tough Ripstop. Every fabric is chosen for the job it has to do:

• CloudTouch® — plush, warm and indulgent, for comfort-first nights outdoors.
• Ripstop — recycled REPREVE® Ripstop with a water-repellent Bionic Finish®Eco coating; rugged, lightweight and built for unpredictable weather.
• Fleece — a moisture-wicking, quick-dry microfibre lining that adapts as conditions change.
• Waffle Fleece — quick-drying and absorbent, made for life around water.
• Micro Fleece — fast-drying and towel-like, for active days and recovery.

Are your materials safe and responsibly made?

Yes. We use Bluesign®-certified components, avoid harmful coatings, and keep our water-repellent finishes PFC-free. Our recycled content is independently traced and tested too — so when we say recycled, it's verified, not a label we've given ourselves. Are your products vegan?

Yes — our fabrics are built from recycled polyester, with no down, no wool and no animal-derived materials. The warmth and softness come from technical synthetics, not from animals. For any specific item, the full material make-up is listed on its product page.

Where are VOITED products made?

VOITED is a German company, based in Munich.

How do I make my gear last longer?

The most sustainable product is the one you don't replace. So we build for endurance — and if something goes wrong, we'd rather repair or replace it than see it thrown away. Most VOITED textiles are machine washable at 30°C — minimal detergent, no tumble drying — and our water-repellent finishes can be re-proofed to extend their life. Good to know: Washing synthetic fabrics releases tiny plastic microfibres. A GUPPYFRIEND washing bag catches them before they reach the water.
