I previously had a Loyalty account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
We have backdated purchases since November 2024, so you if have made purchases since then you are likely to have some points ready in your account.
Will the points I had from the old program be available to me?
Prior to closing down the previous platform we sent multiple notifications about spending your points before the closure deadline. However, we will look at it on a case-by-case basis, so please contact [email protected] with details of your account and we will see what we can do.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
You can only collect Store Credits into a single account, please ensure use a single email address for your VOITED purchases.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
