What are my withdrawal rights?l

If you're shopping from the EU, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel it — no reason needed.

Here's all it takes:

  1. Let us know first — the quickest way is our Cancel your contract page, or a quick email to [email protected]including a written confirmation.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days.
  3. We'll refund you — including standard delivery — within 14 days of it reaching us, or once you've shown us it's on its way.

What can I send back?

Feel free to open your order and try it on to check the fit and feel, just as you would in a shop. To get your full refund, send items back unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. The main exception is personalised or custom-made items — like custom and corporate orders — which can't be returned once they've been made for you.
