How do I get a discount on my first order?

Join the VOITED community (our newsletter) and get 15% off your first order — valid even on sale items. You'll get your code by email as soon as you sign up, ready to use at checkout.

What do I get for joining the VOITED community?

Joining is free and open to everyone. Every VOITED Member gets:

• 15% off your first order — even on sale items — then 5% off every order after that.
• Free standard delivery on every EU order, with no minimum — just sign in before you check out. (Outside the EU, all the other perks still apply, but standard shipping rates for your country are charged as normal)
• Early access — shop our sales 7 days before they open to everyone, plus up to 20% early access on new releases.
• 10% off everything during our Membership Sales, including the Outlet.
• The VOITED Subscriber Sale — extra subscriber-only deals on top of the public Outlet.

How do I use a discount code?

Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter your code in the discount code box. The saving is applied to your order total before you pay.

Can I use more than one code at once?

Only one discount code applies per order, and the newsletter welcome offer can't be combined with other codes or promotions.

What is the Outlet?

The Outlet is where we make room — a selection of past-season styles at reduced prices, open to everyone to browse while stocks last.

Subscribers see more. Once you join the VOITED community, the Outlet opens up into the VOITED Subscriber Sale: the same past-season deals, plus extra sale styles and offers available to subscribers only. Sign in or join to unlock the full sale.

Are there other ways to save?

Yes — our value set bundle favourites together for less than buying each piece on its own, and some even include a free extra. Beyond that, we run seasonal sales and occasional preorder offers throughout the year — the quickest way to catch them is from the community newsletter.

Good to know: Prices and promotions change with the seasons, and the Outlet and sale stock move quickly. The cart total at checkout is always the final word on what you'll pay.
