Placing, changing and tracking your order

How do I place, change or cancel an order?

Placing an order is simple:

Add your items to the cart and check out. Signing in or creating a VOITED account makes checkout faster — and EU subscribers get free standard delivery (see Shipping, delivery & customs).

Need to change or cancel?

We dispatch quickly — within 1–2 working days in the UK, and within two working days (often the same day) in the EU — so contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

EU customers also have a one-month right of withdrawal, which you can start with the "withdraw from contract" button at the end of the page.

UK customers can return within 30 days (see Returns, exchanges & refunds).

*EU: Refers to the countries that are members of the European Union at the time of publication.

I didn't get a confirmation — what now?

You should receive an order confirmation by email straight after ordering. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, as it sometimes lands there.

Still nothing? Your email address may have been mistyped at checkout — email us at [email protected] and we'll confirm your order and resend it.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send a dispatch confirmation with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door:

EU orders ship with DHL, and UK orders with Royal Mail or DPD.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

We ship as fast as we can:

EU (voited.eu): orders are processed within 1–2 days, often the same day; we aim to dispatch every order within two working days.
UK (voited.co.uk): orders are shipped from our UK warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are sent on the next working days. Transit time after dispatch depends on your destination — see Shipping, delivery & customs for the estimates.

Good to know: We dispatch quickly, so if you spot a mistake in your order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can — the sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can fix it before it ships.
