Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, through regional stores so you get local delivery and pricing:
- voited.eu / voited.de / voited.fr
- Across the EU (in euros) — shipped from our German warehouse, via DHL.
- To Switzerland (in Swiss francs) — shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Swiss Post, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- voited.co.uk (in pounds) — serves the UK, shipped from our local UK warehouse via Royal Mail.
- voited.com (in US dollars) — serves the US.
- Worldwide — order on voited.eu, with any duties and taxes due on collection.
Please order from the store for your region.
We are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses from any of our stores.

How much is shipping, and is there free shipping?
EU (voited.eu):

- VOITED Members in the EU get free standard delivery on every order — just sign in or sign up before you check out.
- Switzerland ships DDP, so the checkout price is the total.
- Free shipping applies to physical products only, gift card value doesn't count toward the threshold.
UK (voited.co.uk): shipping is calculated at checkout. All prices include tax.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 days (1–2 days in the UK), often the same day. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

We don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If an EU order has several items with different availability, we send them together, timed to the item with the longest delivery.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
- UK orders (voited.co.uk): delivered within the UK, with nothing extra to pay.
- EU orders within the EU, and deliveries to Switzerland (shipped DDP): the price you pay at checkout is everything, with nothing extra on delivery.
- Other international destinations: customs duties and taxes are paid by you when you collect the parcel; these aren't included in the shipping rate, so it's worth checking with your local customs office for an estimate before you order.
My parcel is delayed or lost — what now?
First, check the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest status — most "missing" parcels are simply in transit or waiting at a local pickup point (EU parcels travel with DHL; UK parcels with Royal Mail or DPD).
If it looks genuinely delayed, stuck or lost, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase it up.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged on the outside, please take a photo before you open it and send it to us. (If the product inside is faulty or incorrect, see Returns, exchanges & refunds.)
