Our two-year guarantee against defects
At VOITED, your gear should roam far and last long. That's why every product — from blankets to footwear and apparel — comes with a two-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. This reflects your statutory rights as a consumer: a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. If a defect appears under normal use, we'll repair or replace your item.
What does the guarantee cover?
Manufacturing and material defects under fair, intended use — for example, faulty stitching, broken snaps or zips, or delamination, where the issue occurs despite proper care. If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the product.
What isn't covered?
- normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes or ageing
- damage from misuse or neglect, chemicals, extreme abrasion, or third-party alterations
- use outside the product's intended purpose (for example, slippers used for hiking on rocky ground)
Some products also have specific limits worth knowing: blankets and changewear are water-resistant, not fully waterproof; slippers are made for casual indoor/outdoor use, not for sports or hiking.
Who's eligible?
- Bought directly from VOITED: make your claim with us.
- Bought from an authorised reseller: start your claim with the seller and follow their process — we'll help with guidance if needed.
How do I submit a claim, and what do you need?
Email [email protected] with:
- photos of the entire front and back of the item
- close-ups of the specific issue
- a photo of the product code label
- proof of purchase (receipt or VOITED order confirmation)
Please allow 5 business days for our team to review and reply; we may ask for more photos or details. Claims without proof of purchase can't be processed.
What happens next?
We'll review your submission and confirm whether it's covered. If we need to inspect the item, we'll email you instructions. Approved claims lead to a repair or replacement — our goal is to get you back out there, fast.
How is this different from a return?
The guarantee is for quality issues — genuine defects — and leads to a repair or replacement.
If you've simply changed your mind, you can return your order for a refund within one month instead (see Returns & Refunds for the window and conditions). The two are separate.
Good to know: Keep your receipt or VOITED order confirmation — you'll need it to make a claim, and claims can't be processed without proof of purchase.
