How much does VOITED Membership cost?
Nothing. It's free to join, and free to stay.
How do I join?
Sign up with your email and create a login. You're a member straight away — with 15% off your first order.
What do I save?
15% off your first order, then 5% off every order after that. During sale periods your discount rises to 10% on everything, including the Outlet.
Do I get free shipping?
Yes — if you're in the EU, you get free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum. Outside the EU, standard shipping rates apply (see Shipping, Delivery & Customs).
How is my discount applied?
Automatically. Just log in and your member price shows at checkout. The member discount can't be combined with other discount codes.
What is members' early access?
Members shop our sales 7 days before they open to everyone, and get up to 20% early access on new releases.
Does my 5% stack with sale or flash prices?
During a flash sale, the flash price replaces your 5% on full-price items — but your 5% still applies on the Outlet and value sets. In our Membership Sales, your discount becomes 10% on everything.
Do I get anything on my birthday?
Yes — a little birthday gift from us.
Will I get lots of emails?
Only what you choose. Pick "all VOITED news & offers" or "members-only offers" — and change it any time. Your benefits stay active either way.
Can I cancel?
Of course — there's no lock-in. Membership is free, so you can change your email preferences or close your account whenever you like, and you won't lose anything by staying.
